Questions

Common questions

The questions buyers and sellers of significant Miami homes ask most often. If yours is not here, call and ask it.

Which Miami neighborhoods does Jonathan Bigelman cover?

Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Surfside, Golden Beach, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Pinecrest — the coastal and near-coastal markets of Miami-Dade County.

What price range does the practice specialize in?

Residential homes and condominiums at $2 million and above. The work is focused on that price point, where discretion and market knowledge matter most.

Can I see homes that are not listed on the MLS?

Yes. Roughly a third of the significant sales on this coastline never reach the MLS. Buyer clients get the on-market inventory the day it lists, plus the off-market and pre-market opportunities that circulate among a small number of brokers before they are public.

How do I find out what my home is worth?

Request a valuation. It is a comparable-sales analysis prepared by Jonathan rather than an automated model: the closed sales that resemble your home, adjusted for what differs, with a recommended range and the reasoning shown. There is no obligation to list.

Which brokerage is Jonathan Bigelman with?

ONE Sotheby's International Realty. Listings carry exposure through the Sotheby's International Realty network across 84 countries and territories, alongside targeted digital campaigns.

What is his track record?

More than $500 million in career sales and a Top 1% national ranking by RealTrends. Jonathan is a Miami-Dade native and the third generation of his family in Miami Beach real estate; his family founded Harding Realty. His work has been featured in the New York Post, The Real Deal and the South Florida Business Journal.
