In a half day's notice he managed to line up tours for the places I liked, submitted applications for the places I loved and secured my new unit in a jiffy. Jonathan must not have a life outside of closing deals because I would call him after 9pm and he would answer my calls. The guy would answer any questions I had at all times. I normally work with agents who don’t know what they are talking about half the time but much to my displeasure Jonathan had an answer to all questions I had and provided sound advise during the whole process. In the end I ended up with my dream property all because of Jonathan.

Jonathans professionalism, patience and negotiation skills are unmatched. He helped me close on my property, helping me add great value to my portfolio.
